Maybe he is part basque part spanish part other and thats why he ends there? Most Argentines are a mix. Amerindian shifts to the right yeah.

known ancestry or just because of the test?i mean does he have known european ancestors?

Anyway, look at the distance between regular spanish and north italian. Its very close. If he is mostly spanish plus some amerindian his location is the pca plot is not rare.

Known ancestry matches the DNA test. Amerind percentage might move him right yes.

    128 samples

    SSA doesent include NEA

Something i have noticed regarding argentine samples is that there seems to be a huge gradient with argentines scoring almost every proportion.

Northeast African Appers as caucasian which may be an error, but i saw many southern euros score NEA

Yeah. On the other hand Chileans have more similar to each other percentages of Amerindian.

Exactly, the "colonial countries" are more homogeneous. I have around 200 argentines now. Will post updated chart later.

Since now there is an argentine lab in Santa Fe testing people, its much easier to find argentine kits in Gedmatch

Update with A LOT of samples. Regional results.

For comparison with the Buenos Aires Sample. A study done in Buenos Aires province. My gedmatch sample and the study look practically identical.
