to answer your question . you can find in all west asian population people who will pass for sicilian and vice versa . I dont think that there is much of a difference in total numbers

Many could pass in NA, in Tunisia especialy. Even if there are some pan-Na looks (guy with the hat, pic 4, for exemple).
But I voted Turkey because the oriental/very european looking mix people is more a Turkish thing.
