1.) Italy (Sardinia has most likely the lowest frequency for blond hair in Europe at 1.7%)
2.) Spain (Southern Spain isn't that much lighter than Sardinia either)
3.) Greece
4.) Albania
5.) Portugal
6.) Bulgaria
7.) Macedonia
8.) Serbia
9.) Bosnia
10.) Romania

Why is Spain on second and Portugal on 5th? There's no difference on average skin color among Iberians. Why are you considering Italy and Spain based on Sardinia and South Spain? Really biased and dishonest.
