Yes, that is correct, map is of IE languages. Its clear that Iberians speak Romance language that come out of a Latin.
Very possibly the same Latin that Illyrian and Roman soldiers brought to newly conquered areas.

Regarding his DNA, its possible that it spread thru Portugal in Brazil. Obviously his clade (E-v13) is found in highest concentration among Albanians.
