Having a high-functioning autism - saved intellect with inability to communicate with others emotionally and at normal temp. When someone asks you, you usually spend to much time trying to find apropriate answer digging own mind, or you can respond quickly with high chances that it will be inadequate answer. If i need to reply someone's message, can think for an hour or more about how to correctly arrange sentence and then delay it or drop all attempts.
For others autists may look like: ignorant, inadequate, looking down on you, complaining on non-existing trouble, etc.
Not trying to complain, but perhaps other autists will find this post it usefull.
