In all the Polako sheets Sardinians have always 0% west-african. He himself says in his blog that these segments are not admixture.

Polako is known has an anti-southern agenda. These segments found in Sardinia have nothing to do with negroid admixture, they could be paleolithic remnants of the first humans to enter Europe. If you see their autosomal they have 0% west-african

the term admixture is wrong, because we are speaking about one of the most ancient peoples of europe, together (for example) the Basques, so peoples who have preserved their ancestral genetic structure.
