The ECB is in Frankfurt. The Central bank controls everything. Germany has the most representation on the bank's boards.

I must say how it was done was crafty. It was a German controlled EU by the back door. The Brits saw it coming, but now France like Greece is trapped. I will say France has a lot of say in what happens but Germany still outweighs their decisions on EU policy.

France has for years now said Greece should get debt forgiveness and Germany has refused. France has lost influence since the EU creation and losing their power to control their own interest rates and currency manipulation.

THE FRENCH PARLIAMENT HAS NO CONTROL OF THE FRENCH CURRENCY THINK HOW DANGEROUS THIS REALLY IS.

The EU is destroying democracy: Thatcher saw this 30 years ago it is a German controlled EU by the back door through the money supply.

That is debatable. They were still important before the EU. The UK and France has always been afraid of a powerful German State and they will always feel that way. At least the UK is France remains to be seen!
