The only thing they "win" is that they indeed have 0.004 more HDI than Portugal, which is basically nothing, and both countries are in the Very High Human Development category.

This isn't a stab on Chile, they're doing really well, and they're one of my favorite countries in Latin America. I just don't understand why the need for lies from you...

Well, I'm pretty sure the vast majority of the 600,000 Americans in the Philippines right now are primarily ethnic Filipinos with US citizenship.

I don't have any sources, but judging from my IRL experiences, that's not the case.

They're mostly expats or retirees from America who are taking advantage of the cheaper cost of living in the Philippines by settling here, they are mostly white and old but there are also some Filipino-Americans too, the ratio is about half and half.
