No, even thought it’s tempting at times and I can afford it, I don’t think it’s worth going under anesthesia/surgery if it’s not absolutely necessary.

I wouldn't do elective plastic surgery.
I would if I was in some disfiguring accident or for a medical necessity.

I guess the best line to draw for me is if the insurance will cover it.

Hm... I've joked about 'nose job' before, but to be honest I actually do have issues breathing through my nose-- I am considering correcting this, especially because I am prone to seasonal allergies and coughs make me miserable. I honestly like having a straight, prominent nose and would want to keep the shape as much as possible if I get it done.
