yes rarely it is around 0 here but it isnt a problem . i am not normal but i do often wear t shirts in winter
in summer the problem isnt even the high temperatures but the too much strong summer , i feel like a vampire in this time of the year

Yes, though in my town that's a bit north of latitude 64 we can see the sun for 21 hours and 43 minutes during the summer solstice. But if we go to the nearby hill/mountain we can see the midnight sun.
