Well, for men I will let women to comment. I do not consider Swedish best looking women. Too blonde and too pale for my tastes.

Yup,,Swedish girls are hot indeed.
Generally speaking men prefer women that are lighter than them and women prefer men darker than them.
You even see this is the animal kingdom. They have studies of the same outcome among lions and others. Italian men compliments Swedish women very well I think.

There is some truth to the first statement, although it is very exaggerated on anthrofora. UK is known for being pale, I agree.
