see them as christians is controversial too .For many they are a sect . the origin of JW is disturbing

Banning Islam would not fare well for Christianity or Judaism either...not that you care about Abrahamaic faiths. Btw, the rennaisance never happened, it was the era of 'dismembering Christianity'. People like Galileo were GOONS who insulted/mocked the church in their writings, they dont tell you that nowadays do they? And what led to Christianity getting dismembered in Europe at that time? Well, it is obvious...the expulsion of the Moors and the Crusade against Islam. Only after the Christians were fnally victorious in getting rid of their Moorish enemies, and also, taking the war to the Ottomans did the vacuum filled by the Abrahamaic clash get replaced with Rennaisance, Reformation and Enlightenment era insults to dignity in the name of 'reason'.
