That depends. Censor board in India still places many restrictions on "over sexualized content", and Hollywood too usually goes beyond the idea, due to being restriction to non-PG ratings. I would say about the same probably.

In the not-too-distant past the answer would have been obvious, but given the skimpy clothes Bollywood actresses constantly wear and the fact that some actors like Salman Khan, Hrithik Rosha, John Abraham etc. seem to spend more time with their shirts off than on, I am nowadays not so sure.

No, but of course the South Asian population here is huge, and many cinemas do have at least one Bollywood film on show. Btw, I seldom have watched whole Bollywood films, but I am familiar with some of the actors because of discussions I have had with friends of mine of South Asian descent.
