Where did Tosk H1 come from? I know ghegs don't have it, also why the K-M9?

ghegs have no R1a and lower I2a, both balto-slavic haplogroups, why is the south so crammed with slavic toponyms?

J1 is a semiticized lineage as proto-semites were E-M34 but the natives in the fertile crescent were J2 and J1 meaning that the Semites absorbed it upon their arrival and it was further spread during the Hellenic and Roman conquests
