It is very likely crematorium is real. With current situation around bad sanitation and lack of medicaments it's viable way to prevent diseases from spreading.

I doubt it's true. The u.s. is probably lying again to justify military intervention. They did this in iraq with the weapons of mass destruction lie in 2003
