Pontians were ancient Paphlagonians mixed with other Greeks and have zero Turkic admixture. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paphlagonia
Those regions have now been repopulated with Turks from the interior, Turkmen, Tatars, Caucasians and even Hazaras. Just like the Aegean coast has been repopulated with Turks from central and east Turkey because that's where the Turkic ethnogenesis took place.
