If we're talking about European football they should be mentioned. But they are far cries from the European geography which is not the case with Istanbul and the only reason why you omitted Turkey which is included in the original list that I saw before is your ideology.

It is not an "ideology". Turkey is not geographically European and specially not culturally. Do you honestly believe that Turks are European?
