    Maybe Colombia and Venezuela copies Mexico, but no Ecuadorian food I've had is remotely Mexican.

    a lot of people copy from mexican cuisine because its rich, and i know there are dishes from ecuador that is a rip off of mexican cuisine, i just forgot the name of it
    one of it is called the ceviche ecuadoriano which is a rip off of coctel de camaron from Mexico

    they use the very same ingredients



    vs the original, again its funny how you can say all this stuff without knowing anything about mexican cuisine

    no it doesnt, you havent even tasted coctel de camaron, its famous even in America among other races
    ceviche ecuadorian isnt even known at all here in america
