Rowan Atkinson (R.I.P.) was actually the most amazing talented silent actor ever (along with Charlie Chaplin,) especially during his live stage performances, but I'm not questioning the Nordic wannabe in the picture as not being white.

I don't think the EU parliament which controls Romania would allow that. The EU military would most likely intervene if loads of people were being tortured to death in an EU governed state. Amnesty International would be against it too. The nazis were known for using extremes of torture on Romani gypsies, but I think most people would see that as barbaric today.

You seem to forget the most important part: the extermination of 6M Jews and 1M Romani gypsies, not to mention the homosexuals, mentally disabled, Communists, Catholics, freemasons...this matters more than bombing London.
