The eyesight of a 20 year old isn't able to see colours as brightly as an infant child can see colours, for example.
If she lives to age 80, for example, then she'll most likely have changed by then - peoples noses and ears alter when they're elderly and the skin loses its collagen and brightness.... although a lot of celebs wear heavy make-up and have their pictures taken with professional lighting crew, stylists, photoshop touch-ups, etc, and many celebs have cosmetic surgery to look younger.
Using lots of high-level sun protection daily helps to preserve the flesh, along with a healthy diet and lifestyle, avoiding alcohol, smoking, caffeine, etc, also helps slow the ageing process.
Her hair will probably be thinner, lips would become thinner, bones won't be as strong, hearing and eyesight and organs begin to disintegrate as people decay with age. That's just the reality of nature.
Musicians and dancers have the best brains as there's no better brain exercise than reading and playing music, followed by learning and remembering dance sequences according to experts, followed by learning another language. This will help to stave off dementia and numerous brain decay diseases later in life.
Her organs and cells will age with time, but in terms of the flesh... well, the flesh doesn't last forever either as everything dies.
