still I find it pleasing to the eye.

Generally its an attempt someone makes to try to make his dull appearance look more interesting.

People who have some small symbolic tattoo of children,some kind of service/army or a meaningful to them text are another story,but people who just cover themselves in tattoos for no apparent reason are not happy with their selfs.
