Do I have to repeat what I said? The Djed (de-facto Pope of the Bosnian Church) married ban Stjepan II and many other Bosnian rulers to their wives.
Bosnian Church djeds were present in the writing of the Charter of Kulin Ban, many charters of Matej Ninoslav, Stjepan II, King Tvrtko, King Ostoja and others. Yet there was never any Catholic bishop present at any of those Charters, never in Bosnian history. Until 14th century, the Catholic bishop for Bosnia wasn't even in Bosnia, but in Đakovo in Slavonia. Claiming Bosnian rulers prior to 15th century were Catholics is ridicoulous and sounds like hercegbosna.org/poskok.ba propaganda.
Maybe the reason why they hestitated to publicly declare as Catholics were 10 Catholic Crusades (by Hungarians and Croats) against Bosnia?
