False or not, honest conversion or dishonest claim the fact is whenever they were asked to publicly declare their faith they did so. Even Kulin starts his charter with "In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost".

It is sad what happened to once proud Bosniaks, that they would betray their nation over religion. Sickening to be honest.
Do I have to repeat what I said? The Djed (de-facto Pope of the Bosnian Church) married ban Stjepan II and many other Bosnian rulers to their wives.

Bosnian Church djeds were present in the writing of the Charter of Kulin Ban, many charters of Matej Ninoslav, Stjepan II, King Tvrtko, King Ostoja and others. Yet there was never any Catholic bishop present at any of those Charters, never in Bosnian history. Until 14th century, the Catholic bishop for Bosnia wasn't even in Bosnia, but in Đakovo in Slavonia. Claiming Bosnian rulers prior to 15th century were Catholics is ridicoulous and sounds like hercegbosna.org/poskok.ba propaganda.

Maybe the reason why they hestitated to publicly declare as Catholics were 10 Catholic Crusades (by Hungarians and Croats) against Bosnia?

    Are you another emigrant?

Turkish is getting more popular lately. It's still not anywhere near as popular as German language, but it's a going-on process.
