Default Turkey test fires another Bora ballistic missile

Turkish firm Roketsan's Bora (Storm) long-range ballistic missile system underwent another test firing near the Black Sea coastal town of Sinop, Turkish Defence Minister Fikri Isik said on 11 May.

"A new launch of our Bora missile, with a range of 280 km, was just test-fired in Sinop. It will strike its target in the Black Sea any minute now," he told local A Haber TV channel at the time. He later described the test as successful.

Talking to the news channel on the sidelines of the IDEF 2017 defence exhibition in Istanbul, Isik said, "Turkey now makes its own missiles; we have gained the self-confidence to make better ones."

İ dont know if ours as good as North Korean Kim's missiles but it was enough to make Greeks afraid Greek tv made even programs where military strategists assessed the new risk.

    Default

In 2013 Turkey signed deal with China to buy their HQ-9 system but later gave up because NATO protested now ongoing talks with Russia for s-400 but anyway its nice to see Turks can build ballistic missiles by their own. Soon to have intercontinental missiles with range +1000 km I hope.

I can agree that you are as much stupid at building ballistic missiles as the North Koreans are, because both of you shall end up using them on your own people in the end.

Meanwhile we only have your idiots' word that the missile hit it's target, not any video of the missile hitting the target, which speaks volumes about your incompetence. From the appearance of the video it looks more like the launcher blew up rather after the launch of the missile, rather than any meaningful result, but anyway...
