Yes but isn't the PCA supposed to be a graphic representation of someone's genetic distances? I mean in this test my second closest population is south Polish but I look closer to western European populations. I don't doubt u didn't change the distances but maybe somehow the representation of the graph could be altered to better represent the distances, or maybe PCA plots just seem to be pointless for me.

On the tree you are more properly clustered... Bear in mind there is no Czech or Slovak sample in K13...
