She does not really look so European. She is obviously not Mongoloid but clearly has traces of Mongoloid admixture. The original Mongoloid and hybrid Turks were extremely light skinned (pasty), perhaps more so than most Europeans.

Many Bulgarians are Turanid, and Turkish.

The interesting thing about Turks, especially Turanids, is that they often have blond hair, and there appears to be blond men amongst the Turco-Mongols.The Heliong-nu were also purported to be blond, and they were known to form alliances with Indo-European tribes.
