Yes I think I know he who he is, a politician I believe, and there is quite a resemblance.

The most probable way he could have this look being from where he was is some kind of Jewish ancestry.

Maybe he was just an exotic looking person, but his phenotype is certainly strange in the place he was from.

he must have at least partially some jewish ancestry because I have never seen or met anybody from austria or surrounding who can fit as easily in my homeplace and surrounding as this man . that an austrian man can fit so easily as (northern) kurd is actually impossible even I would say

This may be an explanation but I would not be surprised if he were of pure European stock either. Sometimes genes do behave strangely in regard to how we end up looking.

There have been in the past some threads about exotic looking Germans with photos of people that the casual viewer would never consider to be of Germanic ancestry.

I agree. No way a native Austrian/Central European would look that West Asian without Jewish ancestry.

when he was a kid he resembled my cousin somewhat . can you see it too or is it just me ? . also one of my uncles but I dont have a pic of him on computer

Unless partially Jewish or Caucasian he could be a Dinaric or Dinaro Mediterranean recombination.
