The term cultural appropriation has become meaningless now. And its actually anti multi-cultural. The issue was back then was there was discrimination against minorities before where whites didn't face discrimination as much in terms of people discriminating your work/product because of your ethnic/racial background in the US. This was done alot in music back then.The real issue wasn't whether this product or thing had a ethnic origin to something. However shes just trying to make a living doing what she likes. Making burritos. I see nothing wrong with it.
