Banks that have bought Greek T-bills at 3% interest (with a gun pointed to their head obviously as thats how investors invest, with guns being pointed to heads) are now being repaid 5%+ in interest repayments.

Greek debt has increased circa 35% since the austerity packages - the "bailout" packages is merely structured finance to bail out bad bank bets on Greek debt. Greek economy has seen 8% of total "bailout" funds the 92% has gone to Banks.
