Calling pelloponese Balkan for a minority with significant differences from Balkans is like calling Italy balkanic for its arberesh minority
Either you like it or not, we have limited to no similarities with you either in terms of culture, or language, race and mentality
I can post thousands of pictures of Greece that can be entitled "Greece is non balkanic". Greece is a Christian European country sharing mostly similarities with Mediterranean western European countries and then with eastern Europe. How much cycladian architecture can you see in Albania? And how much ottoman Albanian architecture can you see in Greece? Albania is a mix of Islamic world with eastern Europe
And culture, mentality, racial traits
I know that most albos live 75 years back, in contrast to most of Greeks and rest of members who live in today, but you should know that back then the difference between isolated Albanian society and Greece was even bigger. It's today that we are a little closer, due to globalisation, but still much distant to be called similar
75 years ago korce still looked Balkan, and nafplio still looked Mediterranean European, the way its inhabitants were still Mediterranean non dinaric and their mentality Mediterranean, non balkanic
