I laugh very hard when I heard that the EU has helped countries like Greece, Spain, etc
I am reading just right now that the EU is forcing certain countries to liberalise the sector of their stowage and that for example EU already forced to the Greek government (lefty goverment of Tsipras, I point) to sell the Greek port of Piraeus to a Chinese company the last summer for 360 millions of euros
Now EU wants the same with the Spanish ports, and that is why the Spanish workers of this sector are making protests since two months ago or so.
According the speaker of these Spanish workers, this would mean the replacement to half or long term, of the local workers for foreign employees, whose wages would be more cheap.

FUCK EU.

Ahhh... again with your fake unsourced assumptions. Italy is the one that (despite having own problems) gave money to save other banks while we receive much less from the EU.
Keep dreaming about Italy's bankruptcy
Fix'd
You don't need to be unhappy. Mind your country/state American.
Raine, on the other side, should mind Uruguay.

I do not think Italy will go bankrupt but they certainly have banking problems like with Monte Dei Paschi. Italian banks have a lot of non performing loans on the books, this is not healthy for the banking sector. They also have problems with tax evasion also.
These are things they could solve and they are not having problems as bad as Greece. However, Southern Italy's unemployment rate is atrocious.
David Rossi looks to be to of been murdered and thrown out a window,, he was a Bank executive for Monte Dei Paschi.

The problem is the Euro coin and the European Union with its rules. The EU imposes stupid rules to our entrepreneurs and workers. We never had such many suicides (due to economic problems) with the Lira. Without count all the foreign countries that fake our products ruining our exports...
As i said many times, this EU is useful only to countries such as Germany.
Our economy is just recovering and it will grow in the next years. However it's true that our unemployment in the South is indeed high but there are other regions in Europe that score bad.
These are among the worst regions in order (youth): Ceuta (69,1%) - Melilla (63,3%) - Calabria (58,7%) - Andalusia (57,9%) - Sicilia (57,2%) - Sardegna (56,3%)

Not all South Italy score bad.

I agree with you here. I may come across as brash but I try to tell it the way it is. Italy is making a recovery and that is good news. But lets be honest the EU's bureacracy is not always good and sometimes a hindrance for Italy and other countries that have struggling economies.
