I am Vegetarian and my BMI is 17, but well aware Veganism is the most optimal if you know your nutrition, and above all it's the most ethical.

    Some legit Vego rap!

You are a real bitch for trying to make fun of someone's weight. And a very uncreative one at that. But I don't expect any differently from delusional vegetarian extremists.

What's the source for that image? I really want to know in what universe eating crackers and pasta is better or more ethical for you than meat.

It is. Look at the complete lack of rational thought from these people.

Shiiet, chunky girls get real aggressive over their addictive food, that do them no favours.. I was pointing out meat eating is likely one factor of you being overweight, and that is not something you wanna hear, why you're overreacting *triggered*

...It's really self-explanatory. And based on your verbal diarrhea and over all approach there's no point in discussing ethics/morals with you, it's like trying to convince a dog's worth to a Muslim, waste of my time.

^This is mental illness, enjoying a fox being flayed alive for its fur. Who is the extremist here? Me providing scientific studies, or you posting picture of a tortured animal. Do you have a legit eating disorder (overeating?) the way you act is not fucking normal.

Wrong. Vegetarians don't really need any more supplements than a meat eater. Maybe B12, depending on what foods you like to eat and how much. Vegans on the other hand need to add B12, unless you eat B12 fortified food items such as almond milk etc. Other than that, if you know your nutritional needs and have a well planned diet, you will get all the nutrients. But anyway, what's the big issue with supplements? No diet is perfect, but there are those who are much better than others. You never took a vitamin pill..? I bet you need supplements from what you're missing out from vegetables/fruits, in fact majority of Americans are deficient in this.

By the way, it would be intresting to hear from Viratio as a full Vegan, if he takes supplements and what kinds. By looking at him he looks damn healthy and well built.

Who needs to take supplements or not, always differs from person to person and it depends heavily on how your system works and what you've been eating. A meat-centered diet does not guarantee you automatically an optimal nutrition, neither does it mean you will never be B12 deficient. I am quoting a post I wrote in another thread to elucidate:

Quote Originally Posted by Viriato View Post

Animal products contain B12 because the animals eat food from the soil as well as produce their own B12 just like humans, though the exact process can vary from species to species. With the crap we feed our food animals, farmers today actually inject their livestock with B12 in order to be able to say their animal products contain B12.
Many people fear going vegan because of B12 deficiency. But contrary to meat and dairy industry propaganda, meat-eaters are known to be more likely to have a vitamin B12 deficiency than vegans; 99 percent of people with a B12 deficiency are consumers of animal products. This is because the B12 in meat is easily destroyed by both the heat needed to cook it and the hydrochloric acid in our stomachs needed to digest it. Studies show that those following a typical animal-based diet require more vitamin B12 than those who do not because the typical diet leads to digestive atrophy.

B12 is cheap and is the only suplement you should take as a vegan in my opinion, because most vegetables we buy nowadays are previously washed and are not really biological most of the times, making it loose the B12 properties that are found when they are raised in the soil.

B12 supplements for cattle and swines. Many animal products are nowadays enriched with vitamins and nutrients as part of a marketing strategy, to be able to label the products as nutrient rich.
