Vegetarian diet, for or against?

If you had a chance to try my overly marinated barbecue (both fish and meat) with lots of garlic, onions and parsley, none of you would go back to veganism. I make excellent barbecues, so people say.

That's due to their lifestyle not their diet. If you are a meat eater but do not exercise or lift weights, you're going to end up with skinny unimpressive arms as well.

I saw a greek restaurant trying to pass off falafel as greek the other day... pissed me off, that's a MENA food and one of my favorite veggie snacks.

Both Punjabis and South Indians (Dravidians) tend to eat meat, while Gujaratis (West Indians) and Rajasthanis (Northwest Indians) tend to be vegetarian.

My family is vegetarian however I eat chicken and fish (and even a steak once in a while)

Is there a reason for this? What's the history with these vegetarian populations. I don't think most populations are vegetarian in the world, so this is interesting.

Well it's something I noticed among vegetarians/vegans I've met. They all had skinny, small arms. One of my cousins tried to go vegan for three months and his arms shrunk so bad. He quit and started eating meat again.
