    Interesting. I used to have panic attacks frequently when I was in middle school, now it's extremely rare and indeed, I tend to lack of iron. I sometimes have anemia.

    I suffered from a bunch of anxiety problems (actually diagnosed)
    and all the pharma stuff did nothing.
    Then I tried a bunch of stuff including Vitamin B complex and I got better.

    A doctor once said I had it but I did not beleive him. I got second opinoin and it was what I originally thuoght it was. I do have family with this issue thuogh and cuold not even last a day at school and went home.
