what is viewed as white is very ambiguous in latin America. Latin Americans didn't really have racial segregation, anti-miscegenation laws etc. If you're not descendant of a recent immigrant, you might not be fully European.

Not true based what I've seen there's Mexicans with 100% European ancestry or some are even in the 90's range.

I do agree with you in this point. Here in Brazil for example i see a lot of light skinned mestizos who call themselves white, but around IBGE's numbers there are actual europids (like myself). The problem is that even some brown skinned mestizos call themselves white in my "country", and since IBGE racial database population is based upon self classification, they can't really deny anything.

In Mexico it's view differently only Castizos and Criollos called themselves white.

If you consider european Great Grandparents as recent, perhaps. All i know is that my phenotype is 100% european and i haven't found one single non-white in my family. Hell, even some relatives i did not know shit about and never visited are europid.

but DR's true real colonial white (85%+ European) is only about 1-3%, if me included types and slightly more non white (about 5% less white than me) then together blancos in DR are at 15%

A genetic test is the only way to know, but I believe that you look white at least. If you look fully white, you must be at least 90-95% so.
