It's not about it being home made. If people don't know what they are doing, (and I am a trained pizzaiolo thanks to my Neapolitan father in law who is also a trained pizzaiolo) I say just go to your nearest certified Neapolitan Pizzeria, or whatever comes closest! Other than that New York/Connecticut style is good!

Why are you eating pizza if you're trying to lose weight?
I prefer deep dish (Chicago style) or thin crust (New York style). So don't dip it in anything.
Only if i get low quality round table or dominos would I dip it in something.
