Why are certain Latin American countries' murder rates so high?

I think ethnicity plays a part in this too. Put simply, Amerindians tend to be less violent than Blacks and sometimes even Whites.

1. Because Latin America is mostly Non-White, but Whites are supreme over them, thanks to the system of White Supremacy.
2. White Supremacy has made Non-White people fight each other, allowing Whites to rule over the Non-White people through a divide and conquer strategy.
3. Non-Whites hate themselves because of the system of White Supremacy, which means they are likely to kill their own.
4. White Supremacy has given Non-White criminals lots and lots of guns.
5. White Supremacy has implemented strict gun laws in Latin America so that only criminal Non-White people and White people themselves can have access to guns. Law-abiding Non-Whites are supposed to, under the current system, be defenseless.

Probably and most definitely because of the disparity between the poor and the rich.
Probably because there are other social elements in the works which stops the bread winner from rescuing his/her family from poverty.
Probably because of the fact that the system of the said' country is built to cater specifically to a group of people.

Most people in this sites would say that non whites increase the murder rates but in Argentine highest homicide rates are present in the most euro provinces (Buenos Aires/Santa Fe) and many poor mestizo provinces have low homicide rate. I thik it has a lot to do with inequality.
