I have made pretty much a full recovery since opening of this thread. Shortly After i went even further down and slowly waking up and just going started making progress. I been only drinking two three glasses of scotch a day and weed during play just for a mellow consistant feel during the day/night.
I been self analytical of my apprach to the game and one have to accept your level of skill and dicipline, its much harder then it seems, I realize my weaknesses and try to work on them. That being said i also do accept that have have or must have sime very good natural skill level to survive with much smaller bankroll than most regular good pros for the level of the game i play daily with them.
In a sense i have just become a robot, wake up do only do what i know, play, and play.

Depression is for weaklings. Strong people do something about it.

I'm genetically inclined not to get depressed. I've had a bad run with baseball these past two weeks. Instead of getting depressed I get angry at myself and then I consider whether it's just a question of chance or whether I'm making an error. It's important to be honest with yourself (am I being lazy? Am I putting in the work necessary? Am I triple checking? Am I looking at all the variables or looking at a few and if content moving on? Am I being impatient? Am I bored? Do I need a break so when I come back to it I come back fresh and interested?)
Errors are often made out of boredom. You naturally get bored playing poker. Especially if there is no variation in the games played. You need time off to rekindle an interest.

I once had that belief but the reality is we're all a product of our genetics + environment. Some of us are fortunate in that we're born in such a way that sadness doesn't linger (which is depression). Something bad happens and you feel sad about it but then it goes away and it's as if i. it never happened. The memory of it doesn't rekindle sadness and if it does it goes away quickly, while with others its a constant weight on their shoulders.
