    That's rather ignorant to say. There are Vlach families that came from Greece, such is Vangjel Dule (from Igoumenitsa) but there are also native Vlachs that have probably been present in Albania as much as Albanians themselves. They are just assimilated remnants of other locals, divided in their somewhat Latin speaking tribes.

    Even Krusheva Vlachs in FYR of Macedonia have family tales of immigrating from Albania after the burning of Voskopoja and I think someone even posted a pic where it showed they cluster extremely close to us.

    Or more likely the somewhat beginning and split of the Romanian nation with Albanians and Greeks due to Slavic migrations. I've even read Aromanian has some language peculiarities that Romanian lost through time since they both evolved on their own terms.
