There is a big difference with sleeping with someone due to lust or doing it for money.

As far as I understand sleeping around is a major turn off for women in general, be it with prostitutes or random girls.

It depends whether the prostitute was from an escort agency or picked up from the street. Generally from my point of view, one from an agency is better looking and is clean while the one from the street is fucked up and full of STIs.

Either way, I would be very put off, there's something extra creepy about paying someone for sex. I don't know if I'd dump my boyfriend cause of this but that would definitely change the way I look at him.
