Radical Islam as a whole is more influential. The majority of muslims want to live under Shari'a law or at least put up with it according to surveys. Also, many wouldn't turn in a radicalised fellow muslim who's planning an attack. The religion as a whole is a problem and should be recognised as such.

You often speak about Islam as workable as a moderate religion, but I think it's wish-thinking and you just prolong the inevitable.
