As for pain, i mean, yeah, but to undo something that for some is akin to being in a fundamentally digusting and horrid body that is a daily endless nightmare to exist in, pain is nothing. Hell, even in my drive to ensure I had no kids ever I had surguries done to my genitals that hurt like hell for months, but I put up with it for the sake of never having children, so im sure people will undergo worse pain to escape 24/7 body horror
