What dead language are you most interested in learning?

Yes this is very fitting with your ethnic heritage. White people should learn Aramaic, Latin and Greek. Indo-Aryans should learn Sanskrit, Arabs should learn Phoenician/Aramaic/Akkadian, etc

(note: exceptions are pro-Hindu academic scholars, I'd have no issues with them wanting to learn our language)

I was always oriented towards the future. I never wanted to travel back in time but forward in time. I find eg epigenetics more interesting than genetic genealogy. So logically I never wanted to study any dead language.

Studying Latin is also very typical of Poles. Anything to be different from Poles for a Czech woman.
