Ahmadinedschad must have a lot of Arab or Ghaznavid ancestry or maybe both.

He still looks Iranian though. You may mistake him for Afgani but not really for Arab.

Neither, he has armenian ancestry, but his mom is persian

I don’t see any trace of Armenian in him. He rather looks like half Afghan.

There's no such thing as a Semitic look. Syrians look different to Saudis, but both are Semites. Also, Elamites are not Semitic.

Theres a signature Iranid look for sure and it is basically indistinguishable from Brahmin indo-aryans in india and other med peoples lack it but even Pashtuns who are of partial Israelite ancestry can fit in the rest of the middle east for the most part.

The Ghaznavids were based in Central Asia (Afghanistan). When they say the Ghaznavids were Persianized, they were talking about in terms of language and culture. They weren't assimilated into the Persian populace. Most of them didn't even live in Persia.
