There's no such thing as a Semitic look. Syrians look different to Saudis, but both are Semites. Also, Elamites are not Semitic.
How long are people gonna keep repeating this mythTheres a signature Iranid look for sure and it is basically indistinguishable from Brahmin indo-aryans in india and other med peoples lack it but even Pashtuns who are of partial Israelite ancestry can fit in the rest of the middle east for the most part.

I've always considered Iranian to be threshold whites. On high resolution global PCAs Iranians always show up at the end of the cline beginning in Central Europe, contiguous with Turks: https://twitter.com/ztech1979/status/938226612176392192
