Indo-Aryan should NOT be classified under Indo-Iranian languages, it should be its own classification.

Want to trigger a Hindu nationalist? Call Sanskrit Indo-Iranian and associate it with faggy Farsi rather than Indo-Aryan.

No such thing as "aryan people", they only exist in peoples' minds. And lol at equating languages with races.

I was replying to the part where you stated "Europeans speak aryan language". They don't. South asians are the ones speaking them.

For example the Nazi Nuremberg laws from the 1930s looked at Non-Jewish Europeans as Aryan. They were strictly aimed at restricting Jewish people from society which they are a Semitic people historically. Many people use the word Aryan to feed their own agenda I suppose.

To be fair, Old Persian and Vedic Sanskrit are near mutually intelligable

No they have some distant place where they branched from a root language. I think that is very relevant linguistics is important in understanding how people migrated throughout human history.

Vedic Sanskrit is not the same as Classical Sanskrit. Hindi, Gujarati and other modern day Indo-Aryan languages are derivatives of the latter while Avestan is identical to the former.

It is irrelevant to the debate between us. You stated "Europeans speak Aryan languages" They really don't. South asians do. Just get over it.
It's like saying Germans speak Slavic because German and Slavic are related
