    Looks amazing, I didnt realize that Xian had so much MENA influence. Strange to see flatbreads being used in Chinese cooking. I saw a Muslim restaurant in Shanghai selling those lamb flatbread sandwhiches and thought nothing of it besides that that was a uniquely Hui thing, and quite tasty. No idea that some parts of China were such melting pots for culture and of course, food.

    Never heard of this restaurant, and the proper spelling of the western Chinese city is Sian (traditional English name), not Xi'an (technical transcription of Chinese)
