So you are proclaiming false Gospel, because Paul said:
All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine,
for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of
God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
And when Paul was writing these words, there was no other Holy Scripture
except for the OT.
You're quoting regulations from OT refering to
a righteous judgment, what meant, that for
damage to someone's body, you had to pay
an equivalent.
And then you're qouting Jesus's words in which
he condemned Jewish interpretation of above
regulation(what is understandable by words
"You have heard that it was said"), which allowed
for vendetta on enemies.
[I]You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’
This a jewish orral tradition. In OT there is no such verse.
Here Jesus repeated teaching from OT.But I tell you, love your enemies
In Exodus was written:
If thou meet thine enemy's ox or his ass going astray, thou shalt surely bring it back to him again.
If thou see the ass of him that hateth thee lying under his burden, and wouldest forbear to help him,
thou shalt surely help with him.
Galatians 3:23–25 proves something opposite than
you're thinking. The very fact, that I'm not under
the Mosaic law doesn't mean, that I cannot use
form regulations, which was written there.
Moreover, normal and sane person doesn't forget
a knowledge, which he received from guardian/schoolmaster.
