Today do Arabs treat African Muslims differently? Can they marry Arab women without any problems as long as they are Muslims?

No, slavery does not formally exist anywhere. In Qatar though, the government facilitates de facto slavery in the form of indentured servitude more or less. Everywhere else, no.
Many Arabs looks down on all non-Arabs, especially Muslims, because they do not speak Arabic, so with niggers, who they despise, fewer still are accepting.
