For murderers only by that time and executions were rare. In Belgium it was formally abolished in 1996 I think, but the last execution was in 1950 for war crimes. Last civil execution happened in the late 19th century for murder.

Senegal, Mali (the zones not controled by Azawad), Gambia, Burkina Faso...I don't mention northern Nigeria, where the Sharia is applied selectively.

What the UK needs is to expel and deport Muslims and control more strictly their entrance. What's the point of having more police officers? Like I said, are they going to prevent someone from grabbing a car wheel and run over someone?

The problem is that we have people who assume they know what the majority of muslim's dogma is and what assumption is based on extremist misinformation and out of context propaganda. If the majority of Muslims had the same dogma ISIS has then the majority would be just like them instead of completely opposed to them as they are.
