    Belgium of course.

Not only because French speakers are somewhere between 40 and 45% of Belgium (less than 25% of Switzerland).
Brussels and Wallonia feel like other French provinces, with their own weird accent(s).

    French-speaking Switzerland is another planet.

I think the Germans have the same feelings about German Switzerland as compared to Austria.

    Belgium and without much contest.

“Belgae” one of the various Celtic tribes of Gaul.

France should be called Gallia anyway. Don't know why they selected France.

Are you trolling? Because of the Franks, of course.

Ah sure - so you are Germans and what is Napoleone di Buonaparte?

German tribes gave their name to various other places: England, Normandy, Burgundy, Lombardy, Saxony, Gotland, Jutland, Friesland...maybe even Vandalusia

Interesting fact, Clovis, the first king of France, was more Belgian than French. Obviously, it's an anachronism to talk about Belgium in the 5th century AD. But the city of Tournai was the capital of the Salian Franks. So technically, the first French were Belgians.

You said Belgium, then I say Switzerland

Seriously even though I also think Belgium, this should be a question asked by a non-french
